Our generation has been taught to prove our joy through posts, to validate experiences by sharing them. But the most meaningful moments are often the ones that will never make it online, like the laughter that doesn't get filmed, the sunsets that you just stare at, and the love that doesn't need likes.

Kids notice when we are struggling. Talking about mental health in age-appropriate ways helps them feel safe, not responsible. Modeling self-care & strategies shows them it’s okay to ask for help. Check out The Kids Mental Health Foundation article for how to have this conversation. https://buff.ly/e6YFDXq

Someday you will look back at all the progress you've made and be so glad you didn't give up when you felt like that was your only option.

Gratitude is more than a feeling. It’s a mindset that strengthens our mental health. Taking time to notice the good in our lives can lower stress, improve relationships, and build resilience. Today, pause and reflect on one thing you’re thankful for; your mind will thank you too. 💛

"Show up for yourself. Even after the setbacks, the failures, the moments when you've hit rock bottom and questioned everything...keep showing up. Not perfectly. Not with all the answers. But with courage. Because every time you choose not to give up on yourself, you plant a seed for something better. Trust that you'll get to where you're meant to be."

I liked how I could work at my own pace in a way and didn’t have to stress at all about it. This was a fun, easy learning, and no stress class. I enjoyed it.
